Return Policy for Lia Rose Beauty

At Lia Rose Beauty we are committed to providing high-quality products and a great shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons, as makeup products are personal items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or a full refund. To process this, we may request photos of the damaged product or packaging.

3. Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect item, or if the product was damaged during shipping, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and make it right by either sending you the correct product or issuing a refund for the affected item.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

Due to our no-return policy, we do not offer exchanges on products. If you wish to purchase a different item, we suggest placing a new order.
